The Coaching Ministry of Vineyard Church of Conroe
Coaching is based on the Barnabas Principle – that of being an encourager to another person.
A Coach is a modern-day Barnabas, who comes alongside an individual to help them figure out what is God’s agenda for some part of their life and/or ministry. Then, together, they cooperate with the Holy Spirit to see that agenda become a reality.
Through a series of questions, coaches encourage, comfort and urge the coachee under the direction of the Holy Spirit.
Coaching is not counseling, consulting, mentoring or Spiritual Directing.
